Hydrate the whole family with an all-natural berry infused water

Red, white, and blue — The official colors of summertime. This wonderful season, that most of us look forward to all year, is marked by our most patriotic national holidays.

We kick off the season by remembering all those who served and gave the ultimate sacrifice on Memorial day. We mark the midpoint when we celebrate Independence Day on July 4th, and Summer winds down to fall when Labor Day comes around.

These are all opportunities to celebrate our country, to support the brave men and women who protect it, and those who work to uphold the American way of life.

For most of us, we celebrate our troops and the freedom they have given us by surrounding ourselves with our loved ones, eating our favorite foods, and, if we’re lucky, enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather.

There is no denying the outdoor fun and feeling you get when the whole family gets together. But that doesn’t mean we should forget about staying hydrated!

With all the running around and outdoor activities, you’ll definitely need a refresh.

So we took it upon ourselves to create an easy, delicious, and refreshing berry water recipe that you can serve to all members of your family this holiday season: Infinit's Sparking Berry Blast. This homemade refresher is jam packed with antioxidants, naturally low in sugar, and best of all, delicious!

Why Antioxidants?

Antioxidants help combat free radicals and oxidative stress that occur in your body after exposure to things like stress, processed foods, and UV rays. When these free radicals are present, it causes an imbalance in your body that antioxidants help level out!

So whether you’re stressing about getting your family together, spending all day out in the sun, or indulging in foods your normally wouldn’t, you’ll want to make sure to squeeze in some rich sources of antioxidants to help balance your body back out!

Sugar Control

I don’t know about you, but it seems every party my family throws has desserts looking to cure my sweet tooth no matter how hard I try to get away from them!

This Sparkling Berry Blast will help curve your sweet tooth while also rehydrating and energizing you at the same time!

Why fill up on empty calories when you could put your own Custom Blend or your favorite INFINIT Preset formula to use, and know you’re getting sweetness from an all-natural source?

Sparkling Berry Blast

Makes: 68oz (~2 Qt) pitcher or about 9 servings

Ingredients:

  • 68oz of flavored or unflavored sparkling water

INFINITip: Add an additional 12oz of plain water to help make it go further.

  • INFINIT non-protein hydration blend of your choice (Custom or Preset)

Instructions:

  1. Pour 68oz (~2 quarts) of sparkling water into a large pitcher.
  2. Add scoops of a non-protein INFINIT Blend to taste, (we used 12 scoops — or 6 servings — of a strawberry lemonade Custom Blend).

INFINITip: If using a flavored sparkling water, go lighter on the INFINIT to ensure it doesn’t get too sweet!

  1. Rinse and slice up fresh berries of your choice (we used blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries).
  2. Add berries to pitcher.
  3. Add ice and stir.
  4. Serve & Enjoy!

INFINITip: poke your berries with a straw once they are in the water to diffuse their flavor
