Why have you chosen your sport and how long you have been doing it?
I started triathlon competitively in 2020. I love the variety of training in three different sports and the amazing people you get to meet along the way.
What motivates you to compete? What is your why?
I find great satisfaction in progressing everyday and pushing myself to the limit. There’s nothing like the feeling when all the hard work pays off on race day.

Consistency is absolutely everything.
