A To stay properly fueled and hydrated, we recommend that you consume one serving of your Custom Hydration mix per hour. No more and no less.

If you have a multi-serving package, one serving = 2 level scoops of your powder mixed with 600ml of water. Consume one serving per hour.

Use the scoop that is provided in your bag and measure out two (2) level scoops of your dry powder. Your Custom mix was blended and hand-weighed in order to find the perfect scoop size to match your blend’s unique serving size. 

If you opted for single serving packets of your Custom Hydration mix, simply mix 1 full packet with 600ml of water. Consume one serving per hour.
